Home for Homeless
BASMAH is dedicated to addressing the urgent needs of orphans and homeless individuals in Bangladesh, providing them with essential care, education, and a chance for a better life. Orphaned children, in particular, are deprived of their childhood and the opportunities for a brighter future due to the lack of support.
In addition to orphan care, BASMAH is committed to assisting homeless people, many of whom are elderly women and men living on the streets and at railway stations. These individuals face harsh conditions with little access to food, medical care, and emotional support.
To address these pressing issues, BASMAH is currently constructing a home for orphans and homeless people in Sonmandi, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. The envisioned center will be nestled amidst lush greenery, farms, and ponds. This environment is designed to foster a sense of well-being and engagement for the residents. Moreover,
The center will offer opportunities for productive work on the farms, allowing individuals to remain active and earn income according to their preferences. As part of our broader mission, BASMAH is also actively involved in building houses for those in need in various locations, including Rangpur, Sylhet, and Cox’s Bazar. These initiatives aim to provide shelter, stability, and a renewed sense of hope to vulnerable populations across Bangladesh.
The preparatory foundation work, including landfilling and initial surveys, is currently underway. We urge you to support this noble cause generously, enabling us to advance the construction and create a positive impact in the lives of those who desperately need assistance. Your contributions will contribute to the realization of a brighter and more secure future for orphans and homeless individuals in Bangladesh.
