Donations are processed in a queue by our system and should be taken about 24 hours from when you first signed up, every day until the month of Ramadan ends.
No – there are no extra fees for using Daily Giving. There are 3rd party processing fees (fundraiseup) that we cannot avoid but otherwise your donation in its entirety goes into the allocated fund that you select. If you wish to cover the nominal Stripe fee, please increase your donation by a small amount.
We will send you an email notifying you that your payment was rejected. The payment will not be retried. We encourage you to visit basmah.org to complete a separate donation to make sure you catch the rewards of Sadaqah on that day.
Yes, you can schedule donations up until the last night of Ramadan if you so wish.
